Getting back on track...the cough is nothing but a little aggravation now...yay!! Got some good exercise in yesterday and plan on some floor work today with maybe a low cardio/walking video...it is the off day for the Couch to 10k.
DD did the Couch to 10K with me yesterday and it was nice enough to be outside. Was really enjoyable to have someone doing it with me and as much as she grumbled about doing it I think she enjoyed it too.
I am really working on getting my fats up this week to try to negate any damage from the weekend. Seems to be working for me so far (I know it is just Tuesday...hahaha). However, with the exercise and the fats I think it will all be good.

Thanks y'all - and yes it would be great if dd would get motivated with me. As it is I have to 'hound' her to do her push-ups to get ready for bootcamp.
