Dziennik jennayy, 10 sie 10

Feeling discouraged... I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but now it's becoming a habit. Looking on the scale, I gained a couple of pounds, but it's most likely water retention... I hope. -_- Also, it doesn't help that it's that time of the month. I've been feeling sort of sluggish these past 2 days but managed to go for a walk and do a little cardio today. It's hard for me to ignore since I've been doing so well lately.. Kinda sad.

If you are going to weigh in every day, make sure you ONLY do it in the morning, right after you wake up and go to the bathroom. Also the scale will look a LOT better in the morning if you make sure that your last meal is before 7:30 or 8:00 pm and drink as much water as you can before bed. But your weight history looks great!!! You're def losing - keep up the good work!!! :)

Thanks for the advice! I've been weighing myself right after I wake up but sometimes it varies when I decide to sleep in or not. :) I'll make sure to drink more water.
