Wow, working out time has definitly started! I hurt, mostly because today I fell, not so gracefully, during slide class....that was interesting. I am having a hard time sticking to a set diet but I am trying to just eat when I am hungry.
To make sure I dont overeat I drink water all day long and when i think I am hungry i drink some h20 to make sure I am not just thirsty. I am wokring extra hard to increase the protein in my diet so when I workout I am not just burning away muscle, today was the first time that I went over my goal of protein for the day!
Still looking for buddies on here, its not going so great :(

Hi there! Sticking to a diet is the hardest part, but just keep trying! Soon it will come naturally. :)

If you are looking for buddies start surfing the journals, get to know people, and comment on their journals so that they get to know you! That way you can find buddies that you have things in common with, learn many other points of view, and feel a part of the community instead of a few random buddies. It takes a little while to feel a connection with someone, even over the Net. Good luck, and your exercise looks great!

Way to go with the working out and protein, that's awesome! I have a lot of trouble getting enough protein, I work out a lot so I definately need it, but I refuse to eat protein bars.... or anything that doesn't taste like actual food ;)
