So first DD says she will go with me this afternoon....then she says she isn't. So I say okay and get ready and go get on the treadmill. She comes looks at me and I say "what's up" she says when you are done will you help me with sit-ups...I say "sure". Then she goes out and comes back in and says "do you want to go outside?" and I say, "for what - walking?" and she says, "yes"...lol. I say "sure just let me know when you are ready" and I keep on with my Couch to 10k for 17 minutes. Going to round her up to walk/jog.

Ha.. thanks y'all! We did close to 2 miles on our walk/jog. She sprinted the last quarter mile so she is getting her head wrapped around what is in store for her in less than a month. She has also planned out some exercises for'us' to do tomorrow. No running tomorrow it is the rest day for the legs and feet so have to compensate with something else.
