I can't believe I finally broke the 30 lb mark! After such a long plateau, I suddenly hit 31 lbs. I am finally at the point where the results are the motivation in themselves! I was wearing 1x,20 reg or 18W when I started and now, I am a regular size 16. I'm not willing to spend a lot on clothes cuz I want to get to a size 12 and at this rate, I know I can do this! I haven't felt this energetic or motivated in YEARS!!!!!
