Dziennik misterol, 09 lip 08

Well, I have gained ten pounds and now is the time to finally get back on the ball. I read this article talking about how people that log their food are more successful at losing weight than those who don't. I totally remember doing this when I was on Weight Watchers and remembered that Fat Secret and some pretty cool tools. So today is my first day of logging and I am determined to stick with it!

Thanks for the tip in my journal! I am very happy that I can inspire someone! If you need any little tricks, feel free to contact me and I will try to do my best to help ya! Tracking everything you put in your mouth definitely helps. That is actually how I got my girlfriend to start WW with me. She had barely eaten anything (quantity wise) that day so I told her she was supposed to have 21 pts and got 35 extra for the week...I think she had like 65 points that day or something outrageous! My point...find the lower point foods and track track track! It truly helps! Good luck restarting! I started over too and feel somewhat refreshed!
