Good news! I woke up today for my workout but I didnt end up going due to the 3 hours of sleep I got. I seem to have developed a problem with falling asleep, I am really tired by the end of the day, I don't nap during the day and yet I cannot fall asleep at night. Any suggestions? I am also very nervous for tomorrow, my first real weigh in, I hope this week shows at least a bit of progress!
