Ok...kinda sucked it up today and splurged....A LOT on the popcorn.....my weakness....what will i do?! Workout today was sooo super hot, 90+ degrees plus 70% humidity combined with a broken air conditioner at the gym= not cool! Well, tomorrow is the day, I hope my latest excursion didnt ruin my hard work.

Popxorn can be cool with dieting if you air pop it. You can spread it out on a cookie sheet and spray it with butter-flavored spray oil and it adds effectively no calories, but still gives you the butter flavor. Also spices will stick to it if you spray it down with a little oil (I like to hit it with a little cayenne for some oomph). Of course, if you are into popcorn at the movie theater, you have to sneak it in in your purse or backpack. ;-)
