Dziennik BeautiBabe, 12 sie 10

Yesterday was an extremely draining day both emotionally and physically so I didn't work out. Felt guilty about it though. Finally came up with a solution with hubby for our situation. Not one we wanted but it is the best we can do right now. Woke up this morning feeling better. Ran some errands this morning and came home.

Still didn't feel like eating I shouldn't have skipped my breakfast nor my snack, but if I would've eaten it I probably would've gotten sick.

When I got home, I did my Yoga X. I was surprised because I was able to do more than I did last week. YAY! It is a 93 minute work out and I can honestly say that I did about 70 minutes of it compared to last week's 35 minutes. Very impressed with myself. Tonight I will do the work out that is on my schedule for today. I never thought that if I completely clear my mind I would do so well in the Yoga work out.

Still not hungry but I have to find something to make for a late lunch, just not sure what I'm in the mood to make or eat for that matter.

I still have a lot of errands to run today, but right now I just feel like taking a nap. I still feel the after effects from yesterday on my body today. But I do see some little flicker of light ahead.

I will write more later.

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better as well. Great job on the yoga! And you were definitely right! I know working out can help w/ stress, it's just pushing yourself to do it WHEN you're that stressed. I can say that I survived my workout #2 or wk 5 in the C25K & I felt GREAT! Couldn't believe I could do it & that it wasn't even that hard. I hope over the next few days your stress level will decrease & you'll get your appetite back. I'm hoping the same for myself as well. CONGRATS ON KEEPING UP WITH THE WORK OUT!! That is so great. I did the yoga once with my husband and I tore my calf muscle. It wasn't right for 4 weeks. Won't touch it again, but the program is amazing and you are amazing for working out with your busy schedule. I wish I had your dedication.

I love yoga! I am so happy to hear that you were able to achieve so much more than last week, maybe taking the break for a few days really actually really helped. Don't feel guilty, life happens, things happen, if I could workout regularly everyday I wouldn't have the weight problems. We live in the real world with real difficulties, remember no one is perfect. So don't get to down on yourself, it was a tough couple of days, you worked through if, found your solution and now things will hopefully calm down again. If your really not hungry try a fruit smoothie or protein shake, it will give you the calories without actually having to eat. Or cheat like me and have chocolate milk! ;)
