well I cant wait until thursday to weigh in but (T.O.M) is coming to visit so I have to consider that!I dont feel like I am losing but time will tell! I really like that I am eating smaller portions of my food now I feel more in control than when I was on the S.B diet! Lets all try to get through the holidays! Thanksgiving will be fun!!!Till next time-Yvvie

Smaller portions definitely makes a difference! I've been trying to do that too, but then been padding everything out with lots of veggies and salad, cut out a lot of fatty food and finally learning to like fruit! You've done fantastic though... so just keep it up and hope you have a great week. :o)
