I am feeling good about this whole change. I'm trying to be as positive as possible. Trying to feel comfortable in my own skin, knowing that if I keep at it, this will be the worst of it. Once I see some progress I know I'll be more motivated. I think I'm going to start watching some Biggest Loser re-runs to inspire me.
It's hardwork, but somebodies gotta do it. That some body has to be me.
