Dziennik wanderer, 27 sie 10

I really need some fatsecret friends.

My mom has noticed my drastic increase in physical activity and approached me about my diet/exercise plan. She was the one that introduced me to WW many years ago (and went from almost 200lbs to staying between 140-155lbs). She wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing and wasn't going to hurt myself by overdoing the exercise and underdoing the diet.

I'm a vegetarian so she's also worried about my protein intake. We're going to work together towards my fitness. Today she walked with me for an hour before going to work, and is going to buy a scale on the way home.

I'm excited to see what my starting weight is ACTUALLY. I just FEEL 250lbs, I hope it's not more or I might just die of embarrassment. I can't believe I let myself go this much. Ahwell, it's a good story of a starting point, right?

I just did 30 minutes on the elliptical. So, I've walked for an hour, and got another half hour on high intensity. I also did some random crunches video I found on youtube when I was bored.

I'm excited/nervous about the weigh in, and will let you (no one actually reads this) all know the results.
