I really need to be serious. This is the beginning. I've had so much going on, a wedding, my brother-in-law here. I need to cut the alcohol back out of my diet, and get up early to do serious exercise again when needed. I feel so much better when I'm exercising regularly, eating properly, and not drinking. Go for it!
