I finished ChaLean Extreme on Friday, and now I've moved on to Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. The workouts are only 30 minutes a day, meaning I should be able to get some more sleep! :D
The first workout has me sweating which I am very happy about. You are only supposed to eat 1200 a day on this program, but I'm hoping I don't have to go that low, because I LOVE to eat. :)
I guess we'll find out!!
