Okay...the last few days at home were really bad food wise. Just didn't even watch what I ate, so...yeah, that bad. Back at work now though, so the plan is back in place.
This cycle has to stop though, no more cheat weeks at home! But it is a high stress time with moving and marital issues...the diet takes a back seat, but I really need to keep it in check so that I don't fall back into old habits!
