Tried to go with just egg whites for breakfast. I'm not a big fan of eggs really but with a little cheese and on toast I'm ok with them. With just egg whites, they cook too quickly to really melt the cheese properly and thus I get cooked egg whites with spots of melted cheese. Not altogether appetizing. I cooked two but could only make it through half the portion. I guest I will just have to stick with whole eggs or one whole and one white from now on.
