Dziennik Time For a Change Mom, 20 maj 13

Well I don't feel horrible about the weekend which is a change for me. I did well Sat. Did not track but know I was under just based on what I ate and I did my 4 mile jog/walk. Sunday was not so good as I hosted lunch at my house but I did not eat supper so that had to have helped minus the 'taste' of hot fudge/caramel sundae I ate of my son's. Today is Monday, gonna be a good day. Got my exercise in for the day. Yay!
