Dziennik MinjaMom, 27 lut 20

My last weigh in was 146 days ago. And It was the same weight I was at before my pregnancy. I was so proud 😁

Then we did an embryo transfer and I completely lost all control diet wise during the two week wait. I didn’t care, my body was a vessel to a new baby (hopefully) and I would give myself a break. Unfortunately the cycle was a bust an I wasn’t pregnant. Just fatter 😂 This was October.

I didn’t log my weight because I was sure I would drop it again. It’s Almost March now and there was something called Christmas and New Year and food!! Glorious food. And hormones. So here I am, still not back at pre preggo weight and still not willing to log an official weigh in.

Point of post? Tomorrow I will do that dreaded weigh in. And you guys will see a gain. But that gain...it has a whole story! I needed that gain 😉

I have to add that I’ve definitely dropped most of the gained weight. Just not all of it.

It sounds like an extremely tough time and I think you definitely get a pass and to not feel bad about it one bit ❤️
