Haven't wrote a journal entry in a while - but I want to say I won 3rd Place in the Biggest Loser contest at work! So exciting! The last 2 days I did take a break from counting calories - but I'm back on it today.

I also completed the Thrive program at work (where I do diff types of circuit and strength training) 3x a week. So I am going to join a circuit training class and do that starting next week 3x a week and even strive to work out on saturdays (which will add a 4th day of cardio).

Next week I will find out my BCA and how diff it was from when I started Thrive. I'm just super excited about my weight loss, everything I've learned and can't wait to learn some new things for this next round of our Biggest Loser Contest at work.

Now I'm going to really focus on eating more "real" foods instead of processed and trying to cut down on sodium (because I am the biggest salt addict!) So I'm still striving to eat healthier than i ever have.

I also want to thank you all and my friends on here that have supported me and have been there! I want to be there to support you too. Keep up the great work!!!
