Well, I have been bloated for a week, but finally got my period so the bloat is gone. Wow! I was really hit hard with PMS this month. However, even with overeating 3 days last week, I still lost 2 pounds. Also, my pool is almost complete. I wanted to swim yesterday but the water is only 58 degrees. Burrrrr!
