So I'm mid-way through day three of the detox phase and I am pleased to note that I am doing very well. After I came back from school last night, I did 20mins of pilates and felt pretty good about it. Tonight I hope I can get my butt on my treadmill and run a couple of miles.
So far I don't feel any different, but as I recall, I didn't begin to feel different until the 5th or 6th day of the diet, so I'll be patient and see. Tonight is going to be a huge test, I'm going out to the movies with a friend for her birthday. Resisting the sweet tantalizing smell of movie popcorn is going to be the ultimate test of my resolve.
We shall see!
