I have always LOVED breakfast and that was a hard thing for me to let go of when I decided to loose weight, a "healthy" breakfast is just not as satisfying as an omelet or PB toast. I have found the BelVita cookies are a great alternative for me. They are full of protein and super healthy. One pack of cookies, a banana and a bunch of water keeps me full till lunch time. That is even with walking a few miles in the morning :) It might be worth a try.
