Oh it's gonna take everything in me to force myself to go to the gym this evening... I was up with the baby all night and I'm so tired today. But hopefully a good work out will make me feel better. I have circuit training tonight, that class always kicks my butt. I hope I will have the energy to survive, LOL. I did really good with my calories yesterday. We went out to eat at Applebee's and I actually looked up the food on the menue to see the calories before I ate :). There's really not that much there that's good for ya, haha. I was blown away at how many calories were in the stuff I use to eat there! No wonder I was fat. I am so thankful that I've started logging calories. I really think it will help me to keep the life change and not just feel like I'm on a diet for the rest of my life, LOL. It's made me so much more aware of what I'm putting into my body.

Yes you will feel so much better if yo umake it through your circuit training... I too have looked up food online and it is so helpful... shocking to realize how many calories are actually in the things we put in our mouths! But hopefully now that we all know how to use that tool, it will help us all! Good luck tonight and have fun...

Once you workout you are always glad you did and feel good about yourself. Great job on eating out that is the hardest part of dieting.
