So here I am AGAIN... teetering at the edge of the 150s... my body refusing to jump down to the 140s. *sigh*. I have no excuse. Sure, there have been some health concerns that prevented me from exercising but that's not an excuse. I think I just lost the will to keep journalling and I definitely lost my willpower about 6 months ago. How can it take 6 months to lose 5lb? That's embarrassing!
Well, the wedding is drawing ever-nearer, I'm afraid to get the dress fitted in case it doesn't fit.. Sort of freaking out but at least this week, I started journalling again so that's at least a start... again. Hmm... is it possible to give oneself a kick up the backside?
Ooh I wonder if the colour of my progress bar will change once I break that 150 barrier? Hmm... new source of motivation? *rubs hands together with glee* Yay! :-D
