After the gain from the holiday season, struggling to get my eating behavior back to the better, as well as my appetite has just been harder to maintain. After backpacking in May I did not lose, but kept my appetite at bay for about a week, but have been hungry since. I don't really have ready access to the kitchen to make my own healthier food, and often eat the non-healthy food that others in the house cook.

Frequently I will start out the day eating right and with light portions, but towards dinner, and into the evening I tend to be most hungry and also engage in the evening/nighttime eating and snacking all the way up till bedtime. I know that is not good.

I know that many of the same bad habits have sneaked back into play. I'm healthier now and I think that I need more vigorous exercise as well.

Things to work on:
>eat the right foods
>stay below calorie budget
>more fruit and vegetables
>no eating after 8pm
>more exercise
>etc... etc... etc...
