Feeling ill today. Allergies are kicking my butt WITH daily medication. Woke up exhausted this morning and needed to lay down in the afternoon because I felt unsteady. Made sure I had more calories than I have been the last few days. Also wheezing (allergy related). I am not sure if I am going to do the elliptical tomorrow. I am going to try to do my 10 minutes slowly (been going faster and I think I overdid it last).
