Dziennik mistyraeb, 29 cze 13

Today is going well so far. I am enjoying my smoothie, today I put in some peanut butter, so it was pb and banana. So tasty. I love this one it is so hearty, definitely keeps me full and going until lunch. Today Hannah and I are going to clean the house and then maybe go to the store. We are out of some fruit so it would be nice to reload. Also I think watermelon sounds good and I think Hannah would really like it. I think today I will clearly plan all of my goals. Goal 1: To get healthier, and lose my side pain. Goal 2: To finally get to my goal weight of 130. I have been trying to for so long and I need to do this, this time. Goal 3: To lose my cravings for all the fats and yuckies that I have been eating. I think that is a good start.
