It's the second day of my road to gamma lusciousness! And I am extremely excited. My partner Ms. Dee is kick ass I'm so glad she is so on it! I just have to remember, my pitfalls. I have had this goal of getting down to 110 for a year and I just ended up back where I started why? First of all, I get comfy, I start losing weight and I put exercising off. Second, I focus on what my BF thinks, so when I don't get any feedback from him, I start thinking, why am i doing this. DUMB! I am unhealthy and I hate feeling fat, 125 was a great weight for me, I felt good, I felt healthy, and I felt strong...oh and sexy :) How will this time be different? I know my weaknesses, I know why I want this, and I have a partner to keep me on it. I just need to stay on it, and have fun with it. Dee is an amazing workout partner and I know we'll be amazing together! Let's do this!
