Well, I'm back...Finally. I lot has happened over the past couple of months, so I regret to say that I fell off the weight-loss wagon. However, I'm proud to say that I've been able to maintain my weight. It's a bit depressing to think about what size I would be by now if I had have kept it up, which is why I've decided to get back on track.
Goal: * Lose 20lbs by Halloween
How I'm gonna do it: * Walk 3 miles a day with weights * Use "Leg Magic" 3 times a day * Drink 1 gallon of water a day * Only eat when I'm hungry * Cut out salt
My last dietary revolution worked pretty well...Let's see how this one works...
