No migraine today (THANK GOODNESS). Two days worth was more than I could stand. Today was very active starting with an early rise, off to the park for off-leash hours with my dog, making a big breakfast for my husband, his cousin and his 100 year old grandfather (and me too!) and back home to clean clean clean. I even did my elliptical today! I rewarded myself with a snickers bar but I was good. (Really craved chocolate) I only ate half of one (220 for one piece..yuck! 110 is a bit better).
Still under my calorie budget but I am not hungry. I have available to me some snacks that are low cal, so I am not worried. It was a good day :)
