Dziennik MinaNew, 11 lip 13

Today was a really good day calorie expenditure-wise :) I ate when I was hungry and good portions but more importantly I did a lot of moving about. I went for a long walk with my dog and did a lot of long needed housework. I still have some more cleaning to but I feel good at the amount I have already done. I was going to reward myself with the remaining 1/2 snickers bar but not really craving it and it is almost 11:30 pm..too late for such sweet stuff.

I did more floor workout than I intended to from Sunday's journal. I think I will keep it though.
I did 30 each side oblique crunches, 30 lower back lifts and 30 each of shoulder press and tricep pulls. I definitely feel it but it feels good. I am so beat! Going to take a quick shower and go to bed. Today was a good day.
