I am really trying to restrict my carb intake aside from fruit and veggies, but every so once in a while I crave a cheese and tomato sarmie. Then I discovered thís: 0 carb bread in a mug! Just an egg and a tablespoon of peanutbutter, 1:30 mins later - bread! I thought it would taste like peanutbutter, but it didn't.
