I ate pretty darn bad today, LOL.. But my sister had her baby :)!!!! So food had no calories today since my sis was in labor, hahaha. But I'm so glad my neice is here so I can stop the emotional eating and get my diet back in gear to get these last few lbs off. My sister's OB was my OB with my last baby, and it felt SOOOOO good to have him notice today how much weight I had lost since the baby. :) he was so proud. All the nurses at the hospital were the ones I had too and they were all so impressed by how well I looked. It was such a great boost ;) Makes me want to lose 10 more lbs, hahaha. I'm finally below 150 and I'm ready to get on down. Maybe now I'll shoot for 140 :0
