Having a great morning already. Woke up to nice cool weather (I thrive one cool weather). Got my husband's lunch ready, got my dog and we went to my husband's work (it is very close). Then Hiro and I went on our walk (Day 3/4 Walk your dog 30 minutes 4 times a week Challenge). It was so much fun! Best part was that there was hardly anyone in the area we were walking in. Where I live there is a long walk along the shoreline. There are baseball fields and lots of people walking/fishing/cycling. This early in the morning, not many people. Best part, the baseball field was empty. My dog really loves running in grass and since he had no more "official dog business" I didn't have to worry about him going on the field. Oh my goodness did he run! We actually jogged the whole outer portion of the baseball field (not the diamond). I have never seen him run so fast!.
Afterwards we walked home and he wolfed down his breakfast. He is currently passed out by my feet. The perfect exercise partner :)
Last night, I got hungry around 9pm and had a small chicken sandwich. Then around midnight, I got hungry again but I did not eat.
This morning: no appetite and after the walk, same. Making myself eat a bowl of cereal and a glass of milk.
