Dziennik Shrinking Sonya, 11 paź 10

Well... we had our annual fair this week, and I'd say I failed pretty badly! Over the course of 4 nights I had chili frybread (that's a Cherokee Indian food... I live on the Cherokee Indian reservation), 2 caramel apples, a couple handfuls of cotton candy, and 2 hot chocolates. I'm so bad, I know! But at least I know how to get back up on my feet and correct my mistakes. Today I ate healthy and I did 30 minutes on Wii Fit. That's all the real exercise I can do right now (besides house cleaning and walking) until I get the go-ahead at my postpartum appointment on Wednesday. I can't believe it has already been 6 weeks since McKenzie came into my world :). This is my last week at home with her- next week she'll start staying home with my sister-in-law and I'll be back to work. Not good for my hormones and emotions, but GREAT for my weight loss. I do so much better when I'm at work and on the go! I'm really going to try to set some goals. As of last week I was 32 lbs over my lowest ever weight (I gained from Oct-Dec cause of those pesky holidays, then I found out on new year's eve I was pregnant lol). So I'm not TOO far behind, except whatever I gained this week from fair food! Ready to do this thing!
