I went way over my Recommended Daily Intake today, but it was so nice to have a decent pizza and great Greek salad for lunch. I'm not one that can eat only two slices of great pizza when four slices are available. When you throw in the Haagen-Das ice cream bar for tonight, on top of my quite sensible oatmeal for breakfast and good portions pork tenderloin and cauliflower with cheese for dinner, I ripped right through and beyond my daily calorie roof. On the bright side, I didn't drink the available wine. We'll see if all this sends me back up on the pound I loss.
