I knew that I walked quite a bit in my work, but yesterday I pulled a 12 and blasted off five pounds in a day.
Between controlling my eating, and the non-stop sweat-fest of work, I did very well. I also was downing water left and right. I think that the water is what really did it, as I have pulled 12's before and not dropped quite so fast.
Last night, however, I kept having these weird dreams. Well, the dreams themselves were not particularly odd, just run of the mill dreamscapes, but no matter what was happening, I found myself in the dream eating something. It was always something high calorie and sugary, and I would feel guilty for doing it, but I couldn't stop the mechanical action of hand-to-mouth.
