Finally I achieve the phase 1 of my weight loss, started from November 6th 2019 and my weight at that time was 89.2 kg. But it went up to 89.7 kilos in December 9th 2019, and then I pushed myself to reduce weight even though I didn't go with Ketogenic diets just simple planned my meals.
My next target is to hit 73 kg, it means I have to reduce 4 more kilos and maintain the weight as far as I could. Cheers 😃
