My all-time low since starting on this is 188lb. Ever since taking the break for my bday month, I gained 10lb. It is easy to keep track during the week but weekends are a killer and all a week's loss can be lost then. Do not know yet if walking helps and how much it helps. So far this week I have lost 3lb but hope to be able to keep it for my weigh in this coming monday.
