Doing okay on eating still...made a fabulous spaghetti squash with turkey marinara for lunch today..YUMMY! I am feeling emotional though...kind of wierd actually. You know when your a Hallmark commercial away from becoming a blubbering mess!! LOL Okay enough of that nonsense. I found out from the doctor yesterday I can resume excercing. HAHAHA Like I was doing a lot of it before. SO I will get back on my sit up/push up challenge!

Hi Michelle! I know the feeling! But we are emotional beings, so I suppose some melancholy days are just normal. Embrace it, blubber away if that's what your heart wants to do, just don't linger there for long. It's great you have the green light to exercise again. I know a great brisk walk in the fresh air or a knock-down, drag-out, kick your butt workout DVD can be just what you need to beat the melancholy too! Exercise is the best anti-depressant EVER! : ) Keep moving forward and have faith that you will succeed in reaching your goals!
