Hi Michelle! I know the feeling! But we are emotional beings, so I suppose some melancholy days are just normal. Embrace it, blubber away if that's what your heart wants to do, just don't linger there for long. It's great you have the green light to exercise again. I know a great brisk walk in the fresh air or a knock-down, drag-out, kick your butt workout DVD can be just what you need to beat the melancholy too! Exercise is the best anti-depressant EVER! : ) Keep moving forward and have faith that you will succeed in reaching your goals!
