I need some advice😔I have been working out and eating quite healthy but I am actually gaining weight instead of losing.I am not sure what is happening. This is very frustrating because I am now starting to eat a bit too little like 800 calories a day. I know it is bad but it seems like it is the only way I can lose weight.
