so this weekend went alright for the most part
i was surprised i had the self control to get things like the light flat bread melt at dunkin donuts instead of the bosten kreme i was longing for. the flatbread melts are actually pretty big, and only 6 points! pair that with a latte lite with equal and you have a pretty decent breakfast and/or lunch.

i didn't lose anything over the weekend, which was a little disappointing, but since i didn't stay on my diet TOTALLY, i dont blame my body for not losing. this week HAS to be different, though. i need to lose the weight before halloween and i need to be able to keep it off in order to go clothes shopping. so...i'm determined because i WANT to look good and i will look good for student teaching. i refuse to be the fat teacher in front of the classroom that the kids whisper about.
