I only joined the site today, still trying to figure out how it all works, but seems that I can burn calories by doing nothing :) Lets see how going to the gym will affect the 'calorie burning'!
I want to lose 45 kilo's, sooner rather than later.. But realistically, I want to lose it by December 2014!
