Post Baby Weight Loss

It's been 9 months since I had my baby girl and I honestly had no idea that carrying a human could change your body so much! I do embrace the changes to my body that I cannot change like the stretch marks so this journey is about the things that I can change!

I am currently at my heaviest weighing 74kg. My clothes just fit differently but they fit so I think its all the fat distributed all over my body that is making me feel uncomfortable. I need to change that!

Its been two successful days of good eating and exercise. I have 20kgs to lose so it's going to be a long and challenging journey but I plan to soldier on!
I can't weight to get back to a weight that I am used to and comfortable with.

I can't wait to feel like me again.

I had 2 c-sections. my tummy pretty much will never be flat again. but it's all about healthier habits. and at least if I lose weight I can still hide the flabs.

if you eat healthy you prolong your life so you can see your kids grow up and maybe even one day get the chance to see your grandkids. that's what it's about.
