Yes, play around with the points and see what happens. Change up what your are eating. You might try varying your points more if you have been eating the same number each day. Your body gets used to the same thing. Maybe try adding 10 flex points one day (far away from weigh-in). You can add 1 point one day 3 another, then back down. Sometimes it jump starts weight loss.
