I've been on Fatsecret since June 1st and was so motivated for the first three months. I love how my body has shrunk to the smallest I've been since my early twenties. I am a teacher and, since school started, I've lost it. I've lost the motivation. I can't seem to find the time to log my food and I find that I don't care. I've only gained about two pounds which I haven't weighed in (I only do losses). I need to find the motivation within myself. Where did it go????? I am still very proud of how I've done but I can't get that motivation. I can't exercise like I did in the summer.
I will log, I will log........
I need to think that everyone out there will see how much I eat and will judge me to death.
