last night we went to pops for ice cream it was a horrible day and the roommates suggested it aka forced me so that was nice i got a small chocolate ice cream, no cone i think i read in hungry girl that thats the best thing to get for you if they have no low fat ice cream and especially not to get the cone so there. and i only went over 5 points for the whole day which wasn't bad at all
i promised myself i wasn't going over but sometimes there are un foreseeon circumstances im also going shopping today which is good b/c i'm up and walking around for awhile instead of just sitting there
ok, time to go hopefully the scale goes DOWN DOWN DOWN this week! AGGHHH
