Doing well today, got back into drinking my water everyday. Need to get to the gym, thats the battle...but overall, I am follwing my meal plans. Not drinking the Long Island Iced Tea any more. That was a bad drink, that I had to eliminate from my diet. Now, I just have a Vodka Cran. once in a while.

On the LA Weightloss program, you have these meal bars to eat twice a day, that I have come to dislike altogether. Eating the same meal bar is bad, and I am going to stop eating the bars, I'll just eat other bars and vary them, and make sure that they have the same protien levels.

I also miss the fruit choices as we get into winter. I love eating the fruit everyday...its a great food between meals.

I am happy to see that you are back on the water. You should look at one of my posts about cheat days. Also I learned that the gym is not something you do. Its a lifestyle. My ex-girlfriend said that I spent more time in with my Hobbie the gym. I learned later that it had become part of my life. When I go on vacation, I am relaxed when I go to the gym or go for a run.

You dont have to eat the bars if you dont want, I told them I didnt like them and I think they moved me up a plan and elimanated the bars.....that might work for you!

I never did the bars, I couldn't b/c of health issues. My husband tried them but they were way too expensive. He lost 50 lbs without them, just eating right and exercise.
