No weight loss last week. I'm not really that surprised because I eat to much on weekends. I am going to stick to healthy eating all week and weekends to. For some reason I tell myself I deserve a little of this or that just because I know that once the week begins I will go back to eating well. That's not working so I'm going to do what I should have been doing all along. Exercising a few times a week, need to do more.
