I don't know who will see this but I am looking for an active group to be involved in. I am 59 years old and want to lose 100 lbs, at least, and eat Low Carb. If you think I fit in your group let me know. I am finding it sort of awkward to get around this site. Any suggestions to make it easier. I also wish there were email notifications on things like with buddies and groups, new topics etc. Am I missing something? I am actually used to Sparkpeople but am trying this one on for size/

Yeah fat secret is hard for me to get used to also.i found some great groups on Facebook - and then certain blogs I read and instagramers I follow. The difference for me has been keeping the fat up there!!

Most folks think that FatSecret is a diet program. It is not. It is a tracking program. Use FatSecret to track your progress. The diet you are on comes from somewhere else. Paul ---
